∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline marketing graduates and FMCG experience (if any).
∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ Bear expertise in Digital Marketing and Designing with strong understating of social media trends and impact design / ideas.
∎ Manage and update daily and monthly visits reports to your reporting boss.
∎ Be creative and produce new ideas & concepts.
∎ Plans, implements, and executes successful marketing programs (including brand strategic planning, promotion and advertising).
∎ Sets brand planning, coordinates cross-functional activities and planning processes, manages timelines, and ensures timely completion of all deliverables.
∎ Represents the company and provides support as needed at various trade shows and conventions.
∎ Collect latest market information and incorporate the same into a marketing strategy to achieve the target.
∎ Keep close liaison with the buyer for all the merchandising activities like order booking, processing, order follow up & export planning etc.
∎ Achievement of sales target within the assigned territory.
∎ Visit and Identify corporate and retail clients at the assigned area to promote business.
∎ Make and set Daily/ Weekly/ and Monthly basis action plan for achieved divisional sales target.
∎ Supervising & closely monitoring the Sales, Sales after service to achieve the Sales target.
∎ Able to take different marketing strategy and customer base in consultation with management.
∎ Participate and help promote marketing activities.
∎ Prepare sales self-action plans and strategies.
∎ Should have experience in Brand & communication in any reputed Organization or any manufacturing company.
∎ To work as a core member of the Marketing and Sales team to achieve the long term goals of the department.
∎ Prepare professional marketing local & overseas plan and motivate sales team.
∎ Where needed provide logistic support to the company.
∎ Prepare sales and marketing reports for Departmental head when needed.
∎ Meeting with prospective clients in corporate platform.
∎ Maintain proper customer relationship with overseas & domestic clients.
∎ Monitor market performance and focus the performance of sales team.
∎ Must be smart, energetic, confidant, self-motivated & good interpersonal skills.
∎ Must be enriched in English Language.
∎ To build a strong relationship with customers at door to door platform.
∎ Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
∎ Bike / car driving license holder given extra priority for hiring process.
∎ Tk. 16,000.00-22,000.00 (Depends on skill, experience and mindset)
