Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC, (Graduate is preferable)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain office punctuality with positive manners.
∎ Make outbound calls to customers, collecting different types of information and store accordingly in the company database.
∎ Inform customers about our products and services. Use unique selling points to highlight our product features over the call.
∎ Assist customers with product price and quality related issues. Take part in database related information entry whenever needed.
∎ Make Inbound and Outbound call to External Stakeholders.
∎ Take complaints and valued suggestions from the customers, follow up properly if and when any issue arises.
∎ Meeting call targets every day and prepare report accordingly.
∎ Assist in present and promote products using solid selling techniques to existing and prospective customers.
∎ Work from the branches/warehouses and assist customers to try our products if needed.
∎ Any other duties assigned by the management if and when required basis.
∎ Analyze Monthly segment wise sales report.
∎ Capable to achieve daily / weekly / monthly sales & calling target.
∎ Communicate with high profile customers to find out the feedback and inform supervisor.
∎ Cross Check the effectiveness of Seminar / meetings / fair over phone from participants.
∎ Make phone call to Retailer & customer to inform about different Trade Offers.
∎ Prepare follow-up report monthly/weekly/ daily basis and collect monthly conversion report sent from the field.
∎ Maintain Required Documentations.
∎ Any other task as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Fresher can Apply but experience will get preference.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Call Center, Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
∎ Fresher's are also encouraged to apply.

∎ Tk 12,000.00 to 18,000.00 (depends on skill, experience and mindset)
