Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist in developing and implementing effective sales strategies for software products and solutions
∎ Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
∎ Track and analyze sales metrics to evaluate and identify areas for improvement
∎ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
∎ Act as a primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing concerns promptly
∎ Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitive dynamics
∎ Provide insights and recommendations to refine product offerings and positioning
∎ Understand and interpret software business trends and market dynamics
∎ Provide insights on competitive analysis, market positioning, and software business opportunities
∎ Assist in evaluating new business initiatives and ventures through data analysis
∎ Manage any other tasks as assigned by the Supervisor or the CEO, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes
∎ The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and in the execution of sales strategies to achieve business objectives. This role requires a blend of technical understanding, exceptional communication skills, and strategic thinking to expand the market footprint and meet revenue targets.
∎ Sales Strategy and Execution:
