∎ 1 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Handling, Operation Maintenance, Operations
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
E-commerce, Logistic/Courier/Air Express Companies
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Schedule deliveries for the next day through the Cookups admin panel and Tookan and assign riders
∎ Oversee all delivery operations and ensure deliveries are conducted in a timely manner
∎ Collect all dues from riders daily
∎ Maintain relationships with clients and troubleshoot when necessary
∎ Communicate with Cooks & Diners regarding cancelled & declined orders, investigate the issue & convince them to complete the order
∎ Update delivery KPIs daily
∎ Weekly and monthly reports
∎ Other tasks as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good knowledge on transportation of food
∎ Fluent in English and Bangla
∎ Familiar with and good knowledge of areas and locations within Dhaka city
∎ Needs to have knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Docs, Sheets, etc.
∎ Problem solving mentality
∎ Experience in delivery/delivery personnel/operations/logistics management will be given preference
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
