• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Defence Studies, Supply Chain, or a related field.

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in DGDP-related procurement/defence acquisitions.

• Strong knowledge of defence procurement procedures, tender documentation, and compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with both local and international stakeholders.

• Prior service background in Armed Forces or experience working with DGDP will be given preference.
