Suitable candidates must have to work directly under Cutting Quality.
Must need Lingerie background.
Without graduation/ BSC or equivalent degree no need to apply.
Responsibilities & Context:
Conduct 100% panel checking and random checks on fabric, markers, and cut pieces (top, middle, bottom) against patterns.
Ensure quality standards for sewing and finishing are met from the cutting stage.
Identify root causes of defects and implement corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
Oversee the entire cutting process for efficiency and accurate, timely delivery to production.
Monitor marker planning, layer height, and material utilization to minimize waste (YY savings).
Handle buyer complaints related to fabric, measurement, or pattern quality.
Maintain records and reports related to quality and production.
