Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Organize and lead the overall custom & bond function of the Group as per government compliance.
∎ Oversee all bonded warehouse operations to ensure compliance with national customs regulations.
∎ Perform for and face routine audit by external agencies relating UD and UP.
∎ Follow up all import L/C formalities and make sure "insurance coverage note" open according to PI collected for LC opening.
∎ Handle customs related all responsibilities like yearly audit, HS Code formalities, general bond, receive any kind of certificate, NOC.
∎ Manage the preparation of Customs audit requirements and submission of documents for Bond License renewal, and Customs clearance, including import/export documentation.
∎ Ensure that all bonded items are properly recorded, tracked, and reconciled periodically.
∎ Must have proper knowledge about using Microsoft Office.
