∎ Age 23 to 30 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare Purchase requisition import & local according to production floor demand & regular material as per consumption trend.
∎ Received the import & local materials physically as per packing & commercial invoice. After those materials check the quality then we keep it location wise at specific place. In the meantime, there is an urgent need for any material in production floor then the production support quickly.
∎ Prepare GRN import & local according to packing list & challan after full inventory process complete with qty & value calculation (as like physically inventory, quality check & material keep in specific place) after that , GRN submitted to internal audit department.
∎ Material issue physically according to indent & job card after checking with production requirement calculation (as like, job order qty, production wastage, material name, Size, GSM, micron etc.)
∎ Update stock report daily basis with ERP Software, Excel & Register.
∎ Communicate with production, procurement & commercial department about material shortage, material in-house date, alternative material use & nonmoving usage material etc.
