Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Bank related all Commercial works. Doc, Export Doc, Import Doc.
∎ Follow shipping line & C&F to ensure goods release on time, Negotiate with C&F agents, shipping lines, and freight forwarders.
∎ Checking and confirm all shipping doc Need experience on bond license import & export, UP apply.
∎ Manage all commercial activities, including L/C opening, amendments, TT, IP, acceptance, and payments.
∎ Follow up with banks, suppliers, and shipping agents regarding import consignments.
∎ Maintain communication with banks regarding L/Cs, UPAS rates, and import/export transactions.
∎ Manage customs clearance efficiently through the ports.
∎ Coordinate with relevant authorities like BIDA, BGMEA, Chamber, and Customs.
∎ Manage Customs Bond-related operations, including preparation and participation in Yearly Customs Bond audit of Garments Accessories.
∎ Prepare and submit UP (Utilization Permission) on time.
∎ General Bond Renewal on time.
∎ Renew and amend Bond Licenses; liaise with customs authorities as required.
∎ Handle calculations for damages, demurrage, and take corrective actions.
∎ Assist management with other assigned commercial tasks.
