Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Support Engineer will be recruited for Support Team, Technical Support Department.
∎ Problem Identification, Diagnose, Resolution.
∎ Provide field service for customers 24x7, handle and process customer complaints on our provided terminal (CRM).
∎ Ensure faster resolution of client queries, technical analysis of client’s requirements & response to the client on time regarding software enhancement fixes & disputes.
