Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
∎ Communicating with customers through various channels effectively;
∎ Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints; Knowing our products, retailers so that you can answers to customer;
∎ Handling customer orders;
∎ Ready goods management to ensure monthly target achievement;
∎ Communicating and coordinating with other departments;
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support;

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient in English communication & computer operation (Windows, MS Office, etc.)
∎ Result oriented and willing to take challenges
∎ Quick and careful learner can work efficiently and effectively
∎ Strong teamwork spirit
∎ Strong communications skills in English and Bengali (speaking & writing)
∎ Candidate must have experience in customer service department
