∎ Minimum Graduation in Management or any discipline from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overseeing the customer service process.
∎ Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff.
∎ Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
∎ Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
∎ Provide correct, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
∎ Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits.
∎ Maintaining excellent greeting to all type of dedicated customers.
∎ Providing all necessary information and offers to the customers.
∎ Justify customer needs, then try to assist them.
∎ Elaborating every offers, advantages of the company offerings.
∎ Maintaining co-ordination with the other departments.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
∎ Applicant should have basic computer skills, for instance-MS office, internet browsing and others.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bangla and English.
∎ Applicant should be honest, have excellent interpersonal as well as negotiation skills.
∎ Candidate should have good vocal and appropriate pronunciation.
