Responsibilities & Context:

We are seeking 7 dynamic and customer-focused Female Executives for our Customer Care Service team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing product/service information, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.

  • Handle customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.

  • Maintain a professional and positive attitude while dealing with customers.

  • Record customer interactions and update customer information in the system.

  • Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution and satisfaction.

  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns.

  • Meet customer service quality standards and performance targets.

  • Prepare customer service reports as required.
