  • Pawsitive Veterinary Clinic Ltd. is a BVC-compliant, modern, and compassionate veterinary care facility in Dhaka dedicated to delivering international-standard services in pet medicine, surgery, diagnostics, and preventive healthcare. As a sister concern of Labaid Cancer Hospital, we bring clinical excellence, structured management, and a deep passion for animal welfare into the veterinary ecosystem.

  • To support our growing pet-parent community, we are looking for a friendly and organized Executive – Customer Care who can serve as the first point of contact for our valued clients and ensure a seamless experience at the clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet pet owners warmly and provide assistance with inquiries, services, and procedures.

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for outpatient, vaccination, grooming, and surgery.

  • Coordinate with veterinary staff to ensure timely patient flow.

  • Handle billing, payment processing, and receipt generation accurately.

  • Follow up with clients for reminders, reports, and satisfaction feedback.

  • Manage phone calls, emails, and walk-in queries in both Bangla and English.

  • Maintain client and pet data in the clinic management software.

  • Assist in handling emergency situations with empathy and clarity.

  • Ensure a clean, calm, and pet-friendly reception area.
