• The Director / CEO will provide visionary leadership and strategic direction for Pawsitive Veterinary Clinic Ltd., ensuring the delivery of high-quality veterinary services, sustainable business growth, and excellence in animal welfare. The CEO will oversee all clinical, operational, financial, and administrative aspects of the clinic, driving innovation, operational efficiency, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic leadership and direction aligned with the organization’s mission and goals.

• Oversee all clinical, operational, financial, and administrative functions to ensure high-quality veterinary care and business sustainability.

• Lead business growth initiatives and expand service offerings.

• Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Veterinary Council (BVC) regulations and other relevant standards.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including clients, regulatory bodies, and partners.

• Foster a culture of innovation, compassion, and professional development among staff.

• Represent the organization in industry forums, media, and community engagements.

• Lead recruitment, mentorship, and performance management of veterinary and support teams.
