Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
∎ Should be Graduate from a reputed University
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ On time UD, GB, PB collection from Vendors for delivery purpose.
∎ Collection of Bill of Lading (B/L)/ Airway Bill, Freight Certificate/ Cargo Receipt, Insurance Cover note etc.
∎ Making commercial correspondence, related to Bank, corresponding with shipping lines & freight forwarders etc.
∎ Follow up of Maturity date with vendors and Banks.
∎ On time payment follow up at maturity with vendors and banks for collection.
∎ Physical visit to customer premise if requires for any business requirement
∎ Supporting for department's internal analytical work for better service and reporting.
∎ Others special task and reports as and when assigned by the supervisor or management.
∎ Invoicing Daily sales in SAP and Circulate "Daily Sales Report" as request.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should be able to follow up task pro-actively and effectively.
∎ Should have good communication skills (Written and Verbal)
∎ Sound knowledge in computer MS Word, Ms Excel and MS PowerPoint is a must.
∎ Self-motivator and take responsibility to complete task within given time frame.
∎ Should have good interpersonal skills and be capable of working both independently and collectively.
∎ Should have keen sense of punctuality along with ethical and professional responsibility.
