Job Context:
∎ Department: Corporate Sales, Business Development
∎ Job Location: New Eskaton Road, Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create new customer, retaining and increasing business share to achieve the sales target
∎ Perform presentation, meeting, and discussion with potential clients in order to perform sales
∎ Ensure highest level of personal presentation at all times to the clients
∎ Keep accurate records of discussions or correspondence with customers and producing written information.
∎ Ensure all opportunity are taken to promote products to our customers and to increase the client base.
∎ Must achieve sales target
∎ Develop strategies, tactics for sales achievement and profit targets.
∎ Maintain quality relationship with current and potential customer
∎ Manage and drive all aspects of the client facing activities and processes including client engagement, project proposal, requirements gathering or analysis, functional, release planning and customer service or support.
∎ Vigilance to customers need business movement and competitors activities
∎ Be aware of the trends in the market and take appropriate action.
∎ Co-ordinate with cross functional team for relevant inputs and resolve customers issue.
∎ Be target oriented, able to discharge responsibility & be result oriented.
∎ Prepare planning of sales target and achievement
∎ Prepare daily report to submit supervisor.
∎ Manage special projects under the direction of the reporting authority.
∎ Carry out other duties/tasks outside normal routines but within the overall scope of the job.
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience Requirement: One (01) to Two (02) in B2B Sales, Techno Sales, Market Development, Corporate Sales, Enterprise Business. Fresher's are encourage to apply.
∎ Skills / Knowledge:
∎ Good analytical, planning and coordination skill
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Sound technical knowledge
∎ Excellent command over English and professional writing skills
∎ Good knowledge in MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet and Email.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Tech savvy.
∎ Out spoken
∎ Fun loving
∎ Excellent Presentation
