Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and conduct telemarketing sales activities of at least 20 calls per day to solicit new leads across all segments.
∎ Plan and execute a series of familiarization tours to profile the Hotel and engage with customers for convention organizers, meeting planners, incentive operators, corporate travel planners and other industry personnel as applicable for the market segments.
∎ Ensure a focus on all Hotel facilities including food and beverage, catering and additional such as Fitness Center and Spa.
∎ Assist in putting together quarterly customer events across all market segments.
∎ Prepare and complete on time weekly sales activity reports as directed by HOS.
∎ Liaise closely with other departments within the hotel to ensure efficient and regular communication of sales activities, sharing of best practices and sharing in providing service solutions.
∎ Develop an awareness of and appreciation for the richness of the cultural diversity of clients, staff and location.
∎ Demonstrate effective verbal and non-verbal communication skill.
∎ Negotiate contracts only with approved suppliers as per corporate management policy and procedures
∎ Make lists of potential clients and conduct surveys to identify customers.
∎ Contact customers via calls or arranged meetings to discover their needs and requirements.
∎ Prepare and present sales proposal to potential clients, highlighting the best features and qualities of the resort
∎ Provide customers with a list of available services and their accompanying prices and offer discounts when necessary.
∎ Assist clients in selecting the most appropriate service that best meet their specifications and needs.
∎ Collaborate with other department to ensure best guest service.
∎ Conduct price negotiations with customers on behalf of the hotel management to reach a favorable bargain for both parties.
∎ Coordinate and organize the details of an event such as catering, lodging, seating, and security.
∎ Maintain contact with clients to obtain feedback and to discuss opportunities for future business deals.
∎ Conduct assessment of sales performance to make necessary adjustments to increase sales volume.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Fully proficient with Microsoft Office.
∎ Demonstrated success in sales planning and execution
∎ Excellent English /Bengali language communication skills and able to listen, speak, read and write in both languages.
