Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Hotel Management, Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, or related major

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): FOOD AND BEVERAGE INDUSTRY, Hotel & Restaurant, resort
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Resort, Restaurant

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develops and implements strategies for achieving food and beverage goals and supports achievement of the hotel's goals
∎ Monitors status regularly and adjusts strategies as appropriate
∎ Develops the annual budget in conjunction with the Executive Committee
∎ Participates in the development of the annual marketing, sales, and strategies
∎ Continually improves hotel food and beverage and adheres to the hotel brand standards
∎ Ensures compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards and procedures by training, supervising, follow-up and hands on management.
∎ Ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
∎ Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards.
∎ Ensures staff understands local, state and Federal liquor laws.
∎ Establishes and maintains open, collaborative relationships with employees and ensures employees do the same within the team.
∎ Establishes guidelines so employees understand expectations and parameters.
∎ Monitors alcohol beverage service in compliance with local laws.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2-3 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area.
