∎ Skills Required: Clilent Convincing Power, Computer skill with Microsoft Office, Corporate Sales (B2B Business), Good presentation skills, Target Achieveing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Corporate Buyer Handling, Corporate Sales (B2B Business), Corporate Sales and Marketing, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Strong Convincing Negotiation Skills
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Cement, Cement Industry, Manufacturing (FMCG), Steel, Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales individual is responsible for helping build up our business by identifying new business prospects and selling products to them.
∎ They must maintain relationships with current clients, build and maintain relationships with new clients.
∎ Must be able to search out business leads.
∎ Keep close contact with the customers and visit projects continuously to achieve sales targets.
∎ Immediate response to any Sales queries and follow up accordingly.
∎ Build an Effective Relationship with the Customers & Maintain Client Database (CRM).
∎ Collect payments & cheques from clients.
∎ Closing sales with Customer Manager and Accounts Department.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Supervisor.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should have previous Sales experience.
∎ Good customer relationships.
∎ Systematic & balanced work.
∎ Strong communication skills.
∎ Excellent follow-up skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should have good knowledge of computer applications specially MS Office (Word, Excel worksheet).
∎ Must be able to take responsibility with honesty and sincerity.
∎ Experience in construction industry.
