∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Self-confident and presentable.
∎ Command over written and spoken English and Bangla to write reports, memos, proposals, and presentations and conduct telephonic communications etc.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Achieve the sales target both Volume and Value for Corporate Sales.
∎ Achieve SKU's wise sales targets & maintaining sales growthMust be target-oriented and have to achieve target monthly, quarterly, yearly.
∎ Achieve the customer expansion target both Corporate & Trade Marketing.
∎ Execute successfully the consumer promotional plan of Corporate Customer, Online, Super Shop & Modern tradeVisit potential and existing customers as per visit plan like big corporate houses, Banks, big resorts & hotels, factories etc.
∎ Generating leads of new customers to provide product, promotion and pricing information by clarifying customer request; selecting appropriate information; forwarding information; answering questions.
∎ Building and maintaining a CRM database Preparing product presentation and giving demonstration.
∎ Responsible for collecting the payment on time.
∎ Understanding customer's business, and identify influencers and decision makers within a customer organization in Enterprise Sales.
∎ Any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
