Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ A-Levels, Graduation/ Masters preferably in English.
∎ Skills Required: Content writing.
∎ Training in photography.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conducting in-depth research on journal creation to develop original content.
∎ Developing content in English and Bangla for Journal.
∎ Responsible for capturing quality photos and footages.
∎ Coordinate with field to cover day-to-day activities.
∎ Editing and polishing content to improve visuals.
∎ Creating compelling headlines and body copy that will capture the attention of the target audience.
∎ Work with clearly detailed content briefs provided, as well as creating content briefs.
∎ Ensure that the resolution of images, color mode, and size of the file for Implementation is correct
∎ Good at writing in English (British English is preferred)
∎ Edit raw footage content for producing video and audio editing based on story sequence.
∎ Use creativity techniques in video editing.
∎ Take photos and footages of day to day activities of the plinth construction
∎ Write full process of construction following every day’s activities.
∎ Create an overall journal in English and Bangla with photos.
∎ Coordinate with field staff to visit plinth construction.
∎ Report to Head office twice a month to share the update of the construction.
∎ Deliver complete journal in English and Bengali.
∎ Deliver photos and footages of the plinth construction.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Creative content writing experience for development sector, capable of taking quality photos and footages. Experience on Relevant Field, Fluency in English speaking, Writing.
∎ Proven work experience as a?Content creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
∎ Fluency in English speaking, writing, and understanding .
∎ Experience doing research using multiple sources.
∎ Excellent writing and editing skills in English, grammatically flawless, and informative content.
∎ Ability to deliver creative content and researching, idealizing, and coming up with unique content ideas.
∎ Candidates should have good Technical and Analytical capabilities.
∎ Candidates must be dynamic in thinking and hard work.
∎ Willing to learn new technology.
∎ Must be polite and should have good interpersonal communication skills.
