Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sound Knowledge on Higg FEM module self-assessment and verification.
∎ Experience on chemical management and ability to train people.
∎ Conduct risk assessment on chemical and environment aspect- impact.
∎ To ensure & maintain environmental, chemical & ETP related issues of the factory and always prepared for any audit.
∎ Have practical experience on ISO 14001:2015, ISO 9001:2015, GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS &
∎ ability to face such kind of audit.
∎ To follow up Chemical Inventory, Waste Inventory as per the requirement of different buyers independently and always keeping it updated.
∎ Track and record data on EMS, Energy Management, Waste Management, Water & Waste water Management, Chemical Management and Air Emission, ZDHC, DETOX and always keep these ready for any unannounced time and party.
∎ To conduct Training on Chemical handling & environmental awareness, Screen chem, ZDHC among the workers and staff. Work for data mapping for water, energy and track consumption. Maintain data and work through monthly environmental risk & biodiversity risk analysis & mapping.
∎ To conduct internal environmental, chemical audit and assist to internal compliance audit & any other audit. To maintain the document process of certification of chemicals.
∎ Maintaining all Code of Conduct of buyers & third parties to establish environmental sustainability.
∎ Coordinating all aspects of pollution control, waste management, recycling, environmental health, conservation and renewable energy. Prepare factory for Environmental compliance audit.
∎ Maintaining all environmental data like Electricity, Natural Gas, Diesel, Water, Wastewater, Wastage materials etc.
∎ Training staff at all levels in environmental issues and guidelines for future work.
∎ Arranging monthly environmental testing like Air, Noise, Temperature, Light, Humidity, Ozone Depleting Substances ODS, Volatile organic compounds VOC etc. through authorized service providers and keep update test report.
∎ To conduct internal environmental audits and prepare Corrective Action Plan CAP to solve the relevant issues.
∎ Any other task assigns by management.
