Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline
∎ MBA in Social Compliance from any reputed institution
∎ PGDPM / PGDHRM completed candidates get preference.
∎ Skills Required: Compliance, Computer skill, Knowledge of EPZ Law
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Compliance
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Capable to handle the Compliance task and responsible for factory.
∎ • Must be very conversant with the EPZ Labor Law 2019, Labor Rules and HR policies especially related to RMG Industry.
∎ • Experience in different audit such Nirapon (Alliance) & RSC (Accord), buyer COC, GRS, RCS, RDS Audit.
∎ • Work closely with the higher Management on organizational Compliance issues.
∎ • Formulate and implement Compliance related plan, policy, procedure and guidelines.
∎ • Staffing for delivering standard Compliance services for the industries of specified sector(s) within the framework of policy and procedures.
∎ • Coordinate and conduct training and counseling/motivation of employees.
∎ • Handle Buyer Compliance issues properly, Maintain Legal & ethical code of conducts as per standards
∎ • Develop, practice, monitor and evaluate of concern issues in the organization.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
