Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have sound knowledge on labor law-2006.
∎ Monitor different buyer's Code of Conduct and ensure proper implementation.
∎ Correspond with buyers and various compliance monitoring agencies as needed.
∎ Follow up buyers audit and CAP preparation.
∎ Take corrective action and monitor all corrective measures as advised by the management/buyer/compliance auditors.
∎ Interact with factory floor personnel to prepare them for compliance audits and make them aware on maintaining better compliance standards.
∎ Prepare factory evaluation reports independently.
∎ Handle all Audits (External & Internal).
∎ Ensure Health & Safety environment in the factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent interpersonal skills and team player.
∎ Experience in working with MS office.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Salary: Negotiable
