∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Should have Sound Knowledge of GOTS, OCS, GRS, RCS, BSCI, SLCP, Inditex WRAP & other certification audits.
∎ Regular monitoring of all compliance statuses in line with buyer requirements, adhering to relevant laws of the country and international standards.
∎ To ensure Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, Fire, Building, Electrical, Health, and safety issues, etc.
∎ Support 3rd party factory audits as per buyers' requirements. Handling disciplinary matters, Grievances, and counseling, improving employee motivation & worker engagement, etc.
∎ Find out all Non-compliance issues & take necessary steps to solve them.
∎ Prepare a Corrective Action Plan (CAP) with a target date line against audit reports for Buyer Handling Leave Management, Payroll Management, performance appraisal, improve worker migration, reduce absenteeism and motivate employees for better performance.
∎ The applicant should have Sound knowledge of Human Resource Management, BLL- 2006, Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015, and other industrial and environmental laws, safety rules, and regulations.
