Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and develop communication package to build awareness and generate demand
∎ Conceptualize, plan, execute & monitor thematic and tactical campaigns by communicating product value propositions to customers
∎ Creative development for POSM and promotional items
∎ Develop internal and external communication materials and marketing collaterals
∎ Gather and analyse market research data to create strategies for the marketing or branding of a new product or service
∎ Manage and deal with print and electronic media and creative agencies
∎ Conduct research to identify emerging trends of customers
∎ Monitor competitors' marketing activities and reporting
∎ Plan, monitor and review marketing budget
∎ Process invoices, manage relevant database and reporting
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 34 years
∎ 3/4 years of experience in communication/ brand marketing
∎ Thorough knowledge of brand planning principles and marketing best practices
∎ Good understanding of market research techniques and data analysis
∎ Proficient in MS Office applications
∎ Familiarity with design/editing tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva etc.)
∎ Languages: Bangla & English - Excellent command in reading & writing
∎ Personal skills: Analytical, Attention to detail, Problem solver, Self-learning skill
