Skills & Competencies:

• • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of TALLY software will be an added advantage.
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Honest, responsible, and proactive attitude.
  • Would understanding of Accounting Principles.

Commercial Documentation:

• • Prepare and review commercial documents (L/C, PI, PO, Bill of Entry, Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all commercial transactions.

Import & Export Coordination:

• • Liaise with banks, customs, and freight forwarders for import/export operations.
  • Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, and delivery timelines.

Financial & Compliance Support:

• • Assist in L/C opening, payments, and cost tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with trade regulations and internal control systems.

Reporting & Coordination:

• • Prepare periodic reports on procurement and commercial activities.
  • Coordinate with Accounts, Finance, and Production teams for operational efficiency.
