- Honest, responsible, and proactive attitude.
- Would understanding of Accounting Principles.
Responsibilities & Context:
Commercial Documentation:
- Prepare and review commercial documents (L/C, PI, PO, Bill of Entry, Invoice, Packing List, etc.).
- Maintain accurate and updated records of all commercial transactions.
Import & Export Coordination:
- Liaise with banks, customs, and freight forwarders for import/export operations.
- Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, and delivery timelines.
Financial & Compliance Support:
- Assist in L/C opening, payments, and cost tracking.
- Ensure compliance with trade regulations and internal control systems.
Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare periodic reports on procurement and commercial activities.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Finance, and Production teams for operational efficiency.
