∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure the souring of potential overseas suppliers based on criteria such as quality, cost, reliability, and compliance with applicable industry regulations.
∎ Ensure availability of quality raw materials as per forecast to meet the demand on time
∎ Negotiate terms and conditions including sales contracts with suppliers to secure favorable agreements for the company.
∎ Conduct market analysis to identify potential opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
∎ Ensure preparation of commercial documents including NOC, LC, (by Photoshop, Illustrators), pricing, delivery schedules, payment terms, and other relevant terms complying with the legal requirements and company policies.
∎ Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Operational expertise in Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop, proficient in MS Office, excellent communication and negotiation skill.
