∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
∎ Certification in Supply Chain (CSCP)
∎ Training in Export / Import
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and support export process, including documentation, customs clearance, and logistics.
∎ Ensure timely and accurate export shipments to meet customer requirements.
∎ Manage financial tasks such as invoicing, customer payments, customs duties, and associated costs.
∎ Review and draft LC documents per policy and standard practices (local only).
∎ Monitor LC clauses, amendments, corrections, payment modes, and expiry dates.
∎ Prepare shipping documents (e.g., delivery challan, invoice, packing list, COO, and other LC-required certificates).
∎ Obtain necessary signatures and hand over documents to relevant parties for buyer acceptance.
∎ Process and forward authorized documents to the bank.
∎ Communicate with banks and buyers for document acceptance and payment.
∎ Prepare credit and overdue reports, payment collection summaries, and management presentations.
∎ Liaise with the sales team to verify documents and payments.
