∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Chef

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the kitchen & Outlet unit and manage the production. Need previous experience and run it with strict kitchen standard.
∎ Must be Proficient in the following dimensions of kitchen functions: production planning and preparation, purchasing, sanitation, safety, company policies and procedures, personnel management, record keeping, food costing and preparation of reports
∎ Oversee the Operations of the kitchen within the premises
∎ Create and implement new items for the menus for patient along with the nutrition experts, including using seasonal and locally sourced produce with the ability to include regional specialties
∎ Monitor & controlling kitchen flow.
∎ Operate within controlled budgets, cost dishes etc. analyze future purchasing to prevent over / under buying
∎ Control stock requirements & purchasing / replenishment, operate stock takes, prevent excessive wastage / spoilage
∎ Ability to think on your feet and under pressure whilst maintaining a positive outlook and attention to detail and solve problems quickly

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must be able to communicate.
∎ Must have good working knowledge of own area, market trends and industry changes.
∎ Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Salary: Negotiable
