Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manages and motivates the kitchen staffs.
∎ Lead the kitchen in a well-disciplined manner.
∎ Maintain the food production quality and ensure food delivery within the time.
∎ Arrange and manage necessary training for kitchen staffs.
∎ Sets the staffing schedule.
∎ Leads pre-shift meetings.
∎ Develops recipes and menus.
∎ Orders and evaluates the quality of new food.
∎ Maintain kitchen stocks and ensure the availability of necessary supplies.
∎ Helps with financial planning and budgeting.
∎ Handles and resolves customer complaints.
∎ Makes sure the kitchen staffs follow personal hygiene guidelines and dress code.
∎ Makes sure the kitchen staffs follow all the food safety procedures and laws.
∎ Creates creative recipes and menus.
∎ Collaborates effectively and have strong interpersonal skills.
