∎ Diploma in Hotel Management, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)

Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Minimum 10 to 15 years of professional experience as a chef.
∎ Proven experience in overseeing operations of 4 to 5 branches.
∎ Expertise in food quality control (QC) and cost management.
∎ Food & Beverage Production Level 3 is mandatory .
∎ Proficiency in preparing both modern and traditional cuisines.
∎ Strong leadership abilities to manage and train kitchen teams.
∎ In-depth knowledge of kitchen hygiene standards, SOPs, and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Lead and supervise all kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and service quality.
∎ Design and update menus based on customer preferences, seasonal trends, and cost-effectiveness.
∎ Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per company SOP and government regulations.
∎ Conduct regular kitchen audits to maintain consistency in food quality and cleanliness.
∎ Manage kitchen budgeting, food costing, and inventory control efficiently.
∎ Provide training and mentorship to junior chefs and kitchen staff on modern cooking techniques and safety practices.
∎ Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure the availability and quality of raw materials.
∎ Monitor kitchen staff performance, discipline, and scheduling across branches.
∎ Develop and implement new recipes and plating techniques to increase customer satisfaction.
∎ Coordinate with branch managers to align kitchen operations with service excellence.
