Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sell homecare services to clients (B2C/B2B) to meet monthly target
∎ Answer client queries regarding homecare services
∎ Maintain client relations and business relationships
∎ Recruit caregivers and manage job placement
∎ Monitor quality of care and evaluate work
∎ Manage caregiver pool
∎ Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Proven work experience in the service industry, especially in healthcare (pharmaceutical/hospital) will be a plus.
∎ English proficiency in writing and speaking: Professional.
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
