Responsibilities & Context:
  • Receiving calls from clients and converting them to sales.

  • Ensuring the product agreement with business strategy.

  • You have to be mentally strong as well as confident to perform this, Job.

  • Maintaining regular contact with customers (Phone, Messenger, WhatsApp etc.).

  • Reply text and tell about our offers and our service in different platform.

  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

  • Provide accurate information about our products and services.

  • Schedule appointments for sales representatives.

  • Achieve specified sales targets within the timeline.
