Key Responsibilities
•Handle outbound and inbound calls to engage potential clients for obtain business goal
•Understand client needs and provide appropriate service information
•Convince and convert prospects into paying customers through effective communication
•Maintain regular follow-ups with interested leads to ensure conversion
•Accurately update call records and client information in tracking systems
•Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements
•Bachelor’s in any discipline. Final year students are also encouraged to apply
•Strong interest in call center operations, sales, and client handling
•Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
•Good understanding of professional communication and client interaction
Skills
•Excellent spoken English with clear pronunciation and strong fluency
•Exceptional voice tone with persuasive and convincing communication ability
•Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and digital tools
•Interpersonal skills and confidence in handling clients
Preferred
