• customer care and any Reputed company.

• Fluent in speaking and writing English.

• Creativity, Innovation and flair.

• Ability to generate ideas and concepts.

• A pro-active approach.

• Honest, dedicated, and hard-working.

• Candidates having frequent job-switching tendencies need not apply.

• Self-motivated working team player and able to work under pressure.

• Receiving calls from clients and converting them to sales.

• Ensuring the product agreement with business strategy.

• Able to communicate independently with foreign customers over the phone and email.

• You have to be mentally strong as well as confident to perform this, Job.

• Maintaining regular contact with customers (Phone, Messenger, WhatsApp etc.).

• Reply text and tell about our offers and our service in different platform.

• Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.

• Provide accurate information about our products and services. Schedule appointments for sales representatives. Achieve specified sales targets within the timeline.

• Mobile Bill.

• Salary Review: Yearly.

• Festival Bonus: 2

• Ration KPI based on work Efficiency.

• Salary is paid on 3rd to 5th day of every month
