Receiving calls from clients and converting them to sales.

Able to communicate independently with foreign customers over the phone and email.

Maintaining regular contact with customers (Phone, Messenger, WhatsApp etc.).
Reply text and tell about our offers and our service in different platform.
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
Provide accurate information about our products and services. Schedule appointments for sales representatives. Achieve specified sales targets within the timeline.
