Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in “Call Center”.
Experience in Hospital/Diagnostic center will be preferred.
Receive and respond to incoming calls from patients, doctors, and other stakeholders in a professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding diagnostic tests, packages, pricing, and service availability.
Handle patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints with proper communication and escalation when required.
Maintain clear and accurate records of all call activities and customer interactions.
Coordinate with relevant departments (laboratory, billing, report delivery, sample collection, etc.) to ensure smooth service flow.
Make outbound calls for report delivery updates, feedback collection, and service follow-ups.
Ensure confidentiality and security of patient information in accordance with organizational policies.
Support patients and callers by guiding them to the correct department or responsible personnel when needed.
Achieve communication quality and call handling standards set by management.
Maintain a polite, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication approach at all times.
