∎ Experience in Automobile sales/production/supply chain (preferable)
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare report of overall business – Sales, Production, Order, Supply & Stock.
∎ Regularly analyze trends in sales, supply chain, and stock aging to inform strategic decisions.
∎ Record and publish meeting minutes, and ensure follow-up with relevant departments.
∎ Utilize SAP software to prepare orders for raw materials, CKD kits, and CBU as well as to generate quotations.
∎ Create reports using methodologies such as PDCA, 5W2H and root cause analysis.
∎ Engage in extensive communication with both internal teams and external partners.
∎ Perform additional tasks as required by superiors to support organizational needs.
