Responsibilities & Context:
· Identify potential clients through online research, social media, and networking.
· Make outbound calls, send emails, and follow up on leads to generate business opportunities.
· Present and promote software solutions to clients in a professional manner.
· Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals or demonstrations.
· Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in CRM tools.
· Assist in preparing marketing materials, sales presentations, and proposal documents.
· Participate in meetings, demos, and client visits when required.
