Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct cold calls to identify and qualify potential clients based on predefined criteria.
∎ Follow up with leads generated by the marketing team to convert them into prospects.
∎ Present the company’s value proposition effectively during initial interactions with clients.
∎ Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to answer client queries confidently.
∎ Schedule meetings (online or offline) between prospective clients and senior business development team members.
∎ Coordinate with clients to confirm meeting details, share necessary materials, and ensure a seamless experience.
∎ Act as the first point of contact for clients, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.
∎ Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the manager, highlighting lead generation activities, client interactions, and meeting outcomes.
∎ Keep accurate records of client interactions and progress in the CRM system.
∎ Track leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and status updates.
∎ Work closely with the marketing team to understand lead generation campaigns and provide feedback on lead quality.
∎ Support the manager and senior team members in preparing presentations, proposals, and sales materials.
∎ As an Executive, Business Development, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth by generating leads, engaging with prospective clients, and ensuring a smooth sales pipeline. Your primary responsibilities will include cold calling, handling initial client interactions, scheduling meetings, and maintaining detailed reports of daily activities. You will collaborate closely with the marketing and business development teams and Business Help Center team to meet sales objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
