Job Responsibilities:
∎ Drive business planning for Retail Sales in assigned company owned retail outlets, shop in shops, Retail corporate customers of Chittagong division by cascading monthly sales targets to sales team members.
∎ Achieve volume and revenue targets remaining within budget & time.
∎ Identify new business opportunities and pursue lead to acquire new business.
∎ Ensure the customers are timely notified about any price change information and ensure the new price has implemented as per the directives from the Sales Management.
∎ Collect regular market feedback to remain updated about the industry, competitors, price, trade offers or any other sales activities and the behavior of Bengal Meat’s brands’ target customers.
∎ Ensure team members maintain strong customer relationships by visiting owners, purchase managers and chefs; answer their questions; respond to special requests, describe product features or pricing information
∎ Ensure promotional campaign in the assigned area is implemented as per marketing plan.
∎ Drive visibility initiatives and trade promotions in line with the marketing plan
∎ Guide team on building relationships with channel partners; proactively participate in building relationships with critical partners
∎ Ensure that team members closely coordinate with Production and distribution teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and documentation
∎ Ensure efficient credit management within assigned business
∎ Ensure damaged and expired products related issues are resolved timely and as per SOP
∎ Oversee timely submission of required data to Sales leadership on monthly basis - sales monthly reports, customers’ claims team expenses etc.
