Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Agriculture
∎ M. Sc. (Agricultural concentration) from any reputed university.
∎ MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assessment of the domestic market in terms of need, growth and preferences.
∎ Achieve target as per planned/budgeted yearly sales projection of assigned service/products.
∎ Support to development of growth strategies and go to market roadmap for the introduction of new products and services.
∎ Initiate to identify, select and develop the suppliers for new products and services.
∎ To maintain a strong relationship with regulators and influencers such as DAE top officials, Ministry of Agriculture, Ministry of fisheries, Research Institute, Agri University and Colleges, NGOs etc.
∎ Proactively seek new business opportunities and conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
∎ To visit the market to assess and update the performance of ACI as well as the competitors and thereafter formulate competitive strategy according to the prevailing situation.
∎ Prepare and submit the monthly report to the management.
∎ Coordination with the cross-functional departments for smooth business operation.
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by the Superior or Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Basic knowledge on gardening and landscaping.
∎ Ability to drive motorcycle.
∎ Willingness to travel extensively.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill.
Salary: Negotiable
