Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collate market trends and development that may impact offline marketing activities.
∎ Operate activities to communicate business value proposition to customers, brand campaigns.
∎ Organizing promotional activities and implementation of brand communication plans.
∎ Source and negotiating with third-party production houses to ensure proper execution of the campaign within the budget
∎ Plan a constructive roadmap throughout the calendar, maintaining Gantt chart, and keeping track of every campaign.
∎ Maintain outlet wise all branding and execution.
∎ Execute market research.
∎ Understand market and consumer for each Lifestyle category.
∎ Support in formulating and implementing trade/marketing strategies.
∎ Innovate new ideas on POSM development.
∎ Provide analysis information pertaining to competitors, trends and activities.
∎ Organizing and attending events such as conferences, workshops, fairs and events.
∎ Contribute to and developing marketing plans and strategies.
∎ Work closely with Sales, Product, Design team for on time POP delivery
∎ Ensure cross functional work with Finance for expenses control.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Excellent communication skill.
∎ Adaptive and responding to change.
∎ Candidates must be willing to travel for market activation.
∎ Strong understanding of vendor management.
∎ Candidates must be present at brand promotion activation organized by the brand.
