∎ Good communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.
∎ Be a strong team player and have the ability to coordinate sales activity in perfect order.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Efficiently process orders into the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
∎ Must have experience to sale on garments accessories products (Such as; Carton, Sewing Thread, Label, Poly, Print, Narrow Fabric, Gum Tap, Hanger, RFID, etc.)
∎ Follow up on samples requested by customers, ensuring prompt delivery and gathering feedback.
∎ Maintain regular communication with customers to follow up on orders, address concerns, and gather feedback on products and services.
∎ Collect payments from clients in a timely manner and ensure adherence to payment terms.
∎ Collect orders and new inquiries from clients, providing necessary information and assistance to facilitate the sales process.
∎ Negotiate contracts with prospective clients to secure deals and achieve sales targets.
∎ Schedule and conduct client visits to assess their needs and promote products and services effectively.
∎ Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure timely preparation and submission of shipping documents to EPZ or foreign customers.
∎ Coordinate daily issues related to sales and production, facilitating smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
∎ Provide proper support to existing customers, addressing their queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience.
∎ Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure effective resolution of any issues that arise.
∎ Work diligently to achieve sales targets by actively pursuing new customers, nurturing relationships.
