Responsibilities & Context:
Supervise and execute civil construction works (RCC/steel structural, finishing) as per approved drawings, BOQ, and specifications.
Ensure project activities are completed according to approved schedules and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and site teams for smooth execution of works.
Monitor construction quality, workmanship, and safety compliance at site.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and maintain site records.
Ensure timely availability and proper utilization of construction materials, manpower, and equipment.
Check layout, leveling, alignment, and measurements as per drawings.
Identify technical issues, resolve site problems, and recommend corrective actions.
Attend site meetings and ensure implementation of decisions.
Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
