  • Must be smart, sincere, trust worthy, and possess a pleasant personality with a strong sense of professionalism.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), email handling, internet research, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment.

  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.

  • Must be proactive, innovative, and capable of working independently as well as under pressure.

  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity in handling sensitive information.

  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.

  • Strong problem-solving ability, with great attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.

  • Professional demeanor and appearance are expected at all times.Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends, if required.

  • Must be self-motivated, resourceful, and committed to continuous learning and development. 



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Analyze and prepare all sorts of business reports for the Management.

  • Prepare all sorts of presentations as required and requested by Management.

  • Give intellectual support to them, e.g. content writing, communication, etc.

  • Prepare, manage, and coordinate all the meetings` schedules, agendas, minutes, actions summary, etc.

  • Maintain calendar, and schedule appointments, meetings, conferences, etc.

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with Senior Leadership Team, Clients, Partners, Executives, and Employees.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications e.g. emails, messages, calls, professional correspondence, notes, memos, office orders, office circulars, etc.

  • Prioritize and respond to messages on behalf of the Management.
