We are an international company headquartered in London, Dubai, and Singapore, with growing operations across Southeast Asia and other international markets. Operating with a remote-first structure, we are building a core support team in Dhaka to assist with administration, HR coordination, executive support, and internal design and presentation needs.
We are seeking a highly capable and versatile professional who can combine HR, administration, and executive support responsibilities with graphic design and presentation expertise. This is a key role that requires organisation, creativity, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, international environment.
Role Overview
The role combines responsibilities across:
HR support and team coordination
Administrative and executive assistance
Graphic design, branding, and professional presentation creation
The ideal candidate will support leadership and the broader team, ensuring smooth operations, high-quality documentation, and visually compelling materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
HR & Administrative Support
Assist with recruitment coordination, candidate communication, and onboarding
Maintain employee records and HR documentation
Coordinate internal HR communications and team updates
Manage and organise internal documentation, reports, and presentations
Maintain structured digital filing systems
Support project coordination and task tracking across teams
Assist the CEO and senior leadership with scheduling, meeting notes, and executive support
Graphic Design & Presentation Support
Design professional corporate presentations and investor decks
Convert rough notes or documents into polished visual presentations
Maintain consistent branding across presentations and marketing materials
Create logos, brand assets, and other visual collateral
Support internal teams with quick-turnaround design tasks
Maintain organized design files, templates, and presentation assets
Required Skills
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Excellent written and spoken English; professional communication is essential.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask independently
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
Strong design skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Proficiency with PowerPoint / Google Slides, visual hierarchy, and typography
Preferred Skills & Experience
Experience in HR coordination, administration, or executive assistance
Experience working in remote or international teams
Experience supporting startups, consulting firms, or financial services
Experience designing investor pitch decks and corporate branding
Familiarity with Figma, Canva, or basic motion graphics (optional)
Portfolio showcasing presentation design and branding work
