Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor and update attendance & leave on HRIS of all staff and Third Party contractual employees
∎ Arrange travel and lodging for both corporate office staff and foreign visitors
∎ Maintain and update official documents (license & certificate)
∎ Prepare and review official letters and agreements
∎ Maintain good relations between workers and management
∎ Ensure labor discipline
∎ Monitor and coordinate safety, security & hygiene issues in Factory premises and ensure health & safety issues of workers & labors
∎ Arrange training at Factory premises
∎ Solving various administrative issues
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Good Interpersonal, communication, & analytical skill
∎ Able to set priorities and routine tasks
∎ Energetic, sincere, hard-working and dutiful
∎ Optimistic, confident, and friendly as a person
