Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc / M.Sc in Agriculture, Entomology, Aquaculture/Fisheries.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Learn new work, apply and stay curious.
∎ Visit various field sites to gather knowledge and implement innovative ideas.
∎ Have to bound to initiative any pilot project.
∎ Oversee the initial construction and start-up of the farm/system using outside vendors.
∎ Manage production quality, safety, output yield, workflow, processing, packaging, storage, etc.
∎ Work with appropriate institute to coordinate harvest schedules, distributions and management of the system.
∎ Ensure aquaponics farm system food safety plans, strict bio-security measures and good safety standards.
∎ Hire and manage an expert to check the whole system in a time period.
∎ Evaluate system progress based on outcomes, explore initiatives to increase food abundance and variety.
∎ Visit various field sites to gather knowledge and implement innovative ideas for the system.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 38 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must have interpersonal skill.
∎ Determined to work hard.
